Steel Framing Systems is not restrictive in its application or design. This makes it more flexible to suit your design needs. The System (Scottsdale), which has been patented, is in use throughout the world. Our structure is one of simplicity and design. The whole structure is manufactured (walls, ceiling, sub floor, and trusses) typically from high tensile 90mm C section Truecore™ Steel. Also included is the structural steel that may be required to support our system.

The cost saving to you is speed of erection, getting you into your home earlier; no warping, so finished walls and ceilings are a lot truer; stronger in construction than timber; and ideal for sloping blocks. Truecore™ Steel is made for residential framing and is backed by a fifty year warranty offered by the manufacturer, Bluescope Steel.

Our frames are designed in-house with the aid of the latest in computer CAD systems. Quality control is such that we can precision roll, cut and factory assemble to the highest standards that are expected. Because of this, there is little or no waste.

Steel Framing System frames are 70% lighter than timber. Our frames will not rot, shrink, twist or become unstable like timber when moisture is present. This makes our Steel Framing Systems a very stable product, which is not subject to the variations of nature.

We can offer you "supply only in kit form" or, if required, site erection. Steel Framing Systems can provide you a list of licensed and experienced builders that can offer you a full contract if required.
